Incident to the prospect of an early peace with Germamy, would have upon the movement of 2,800 men which Is slated to begin next Mon? day to Fort Winfield Scott, Calif., and the movement of something over 300 men which is scheduled to take place simultaneously to Camp Dodge, la. Bothe of these are October calls. If only November calls are cancelled, these two quotas, which are made up almost altogether of 1917 and early 1918 registrants, may not be affected.
