D. Mann returned hoine Friday evening after a three weekf trip through Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks with the Na tiohal Editorial special. Several days-were spent visiting points of in terest through Montana including a trij» tp the Butte copper mines, an auto ,tour through the Bitter Sool Valley and -a trip under the auspices of !the National Forestry service over th6 Flat Head Lake region. Two hundred editors and publish ers made the trip in special train of!eight Pullman cars, two baggage cars,' diners. On board also was a complete newspaper plant from wliich was issued a daily newspaper deVoted to news of the party and special articles upon the country traversed. This newspaper was setit to, every publisher in the United Stitei, so that Montana probably ha» received some of the best publicity obtainable. During the tour through the Yel lowstone, Supt. Albright of the Yel lowstone Park, personally conducted the tour giving the editors a special opportunity to see the park and to hear several addresses by the lead ing members of the forestry service. (JoV. Nestos accompanied the party as,' far as Glendive, as did C. G, Boise and R. G. Catron. They were actively engaged in the short tim* available in explaining the vast re soirees of North Dakota. 00' A* Glacier hotel, the Devils Lake Boy Scout band was present as the gu^st of the Great Northern railroad. It comprises some seventy boys who ar^ most wonderfully trained and they gave program in tae lobby of the hotel that brought pride to the hearts of the Dakotans present. The distinct asset that a boys or girls band is to city was well demon strated.
