The prosident has granted pardons and commutations as follows: Frank Colbert and Henry Brooks wore convicted In the Indian Terrlj tory of horse thoft, and Colbert was sentenced on July 27, 197, to Im prisonment for ton years In tho Ohio penitentiary. Urooks was sentopced May 10, 1898, to Imprisonment for ton years In tho United States peni tentiary at Fort Leavenworth. Tho sentence ot each prisoner Is commu ted to fivo years. Frank Chlnkloy was convicted In the Indian Torrltory ot disposing of mortgaged proporty, and on Novem ber 16, 1001, was sontonced to Im prisonment for ono year In tho Uni ted States penitentiary at Fort Lea- onworth. His sontenco is commuted to a term of Imprisonment to expire July 1, 19Q2. George Goodell.-'convlcted In the Indian Territory of manslaughter. and sentonced for twenty years In tho Ohio penitentiary, Is pardoned.
