Tho shooting and killing of tho two notorious outlaws occurred yesterday morning whllo seated at tho breakfast tublo with Lockett and Huduon, two deputy marshals who had been hot on tho trail of tho desperadoes for flvo wooks and had recently Joined them ns pretended criminals. Tho four had planned to rob tho bank at Cleo Springs yestorday and Casey has sent Hudson and Lockctt to Cleo Springs to cover tho ground nnd seo that everything was all right for tho raid that was to have been made. Hudson and I.ockctt, whllo away, planned to shoot tho twj criminals at breakfast yesterday morning and at a given sig nal from Hudson wcro to command them to throw up their hands.
