The residents of improvement dis trict No. 2. which district comprise D street, northwest front Main street north to Hargrove College, nnd Uie residents of district No 3, which com prises C street northwest from Mnlti street north to Ninth Ave , northwest, have begun n cnmpalgn of improve ment. These two streets were among tho first to secure the npiKilntmctit of Improvement districts after Main street was mndo an Improvement dis trict, nnd the residents of those streets hnvo been nt work since that time, and now there Is mere cement sidewalks on each of those two streets than on any other street In the city, oxcoptlng Main street. Nearly every property owner has made some Improvement In these districts and the streets present nn Improved appear ance of more than one hundred per cent In the last two months. The es tablishment of Improvement districts Is a good thing for the city and will loud -to numerous Itnproements.
