legally expressed In writing and tiled

tax payers of Carter County, and
with the express declaration of the
Poard of County Commissioners of
said county that It Is to the best In
terest of the county to erect a court
house and Issue bonds therefor, and
pursuant to order of the Poard of
County Commissioners made ami en
tered of record on the 4th dny of
June. 1009. a special election is
hereby called to be held In Carter
County. State of Oklahoma, on Tues
day, the 17th day or August. 100?.

of one hundred and twenty-live thou
sand dollars, for the purpose of
erecting a court house, In and for

voted upon, and the form of ballot
