What Kind of a Citizen

If you are paying your bills
promptly as they come due, you tire
on the road to success and happi
ness; if you don't you are sliding
backward.
Tho big men, the men who are
helping to build Tulsa, pay their
bills promptly. They are desirable
citizens. Everybody wants to serve
them. It's a pleasure to do busi
ness with them. They don't have
to be rich in money. Their in
