Counsel for Haycroft filed a de
murrer to tho information yesterday
busing his application on tho ulle
(ration that Haycroft hired Henlght
and two boys to steal tho car, and
that therefore he was not guilty of
stealing the car. The court over
ruled the moilon to dismiss on the
around that tho Oklahoma law does
not recognize, an accomplice before
the fact other than as principal. The
court further said that under the
