Skiatook owns its own water system and within a few days will be supplied with twenty-four hour electric sen-ice furnished by Charles Pa&e. One half of the town is already paved and eighteen more blocks will be paved this spring. The contract has been let for a paved road from Tulsa to Skiatook and Skiatook to Collinsvillc. The thins of which Skiatook is most proud is her school system and the bonds have lately been sold for the erection of a Forty Thousand Dollar high school building. Six THE PRINCIPAL SCHOOL IN SKIATOOK churches with good attendance. Besides being so favorably situated in the oil field surrounding Skiatook are the fertile valleys of Bird Creed, Hominy and Delaware creeks, which make our activities so diversified that we cannot keep from growing. More hogs are shipped from this point than any other town in the state. Skiatook has two prosperous banks with a million dollar deposits, two cotton gins, a flour mill, two elevators and a score of general merchants, with nine new brick store buildings in the course of construction, and one of the most up-to-date picture shows showing the best pictures. Skiatook has never had a boom and doesn't want any, yet there is not a va cant room in town. She has made her growth in the past ten years. We need an ice plant ,a brick plant, a modern hotel and canning factory. For further information address Chamber of Commerce, Skiatook, Okla. (. V. I.I'iWN, I'lvsl.lmt, I Ii, ll.r, nmlilcr 1 1. Ii.
