WHEREAS, In pursuance of the provl
slons of the Charter of the City of Tulsa.
Oklahoma ,the Hoard of Commissioner of
said City did by resolution declaro It to
be necissary to pave nd otherwise Im
prove tho street In STREET IMPROVE
MENT DISTRICT NO. 23 of said city,
which said resolution set forth th nature
and extent of the Improvement to be
made and the sections of the public street
to be Improved and the materials with
which said Improvements were to be con
structed according to the specification

Hoard of Commissioners did advertise for
