of 13-26-4 east, in western Osago
county, nt a point nhnut 15 miles
east of Ponca City. The Intention

feet Into the Mississippi lime', wlibb

showing of oil and gas was encoun
tered nt 3.100 feot. This Is supposed
to bo tho same sand that In produe

Tho Marland Co. oxtended tho

find oil. Tho top of tho gas sand
was encountered at 1.610 foot. This

the north lino of tho south half of
tho northeast of 23-22-10, found tho
Uitrtlesvllloiand from 1,718 to 1.741
feet, was drilled to n total depth of
1,752 feet and started off good for
175 barrels after a 180-quart shot.

Tho No. 1 well of Keen k Wolf,
located In tho nouthoast cornor of
tho southwest ot tho southwest of
30-17-15. Is reported to have start
ed off Rood for 700 barrels of good
oil, ami making 20,000,000 feot of
gas. The Hussey sand was found
from 2,178 to 2,201 feet. And tho
well has all tho Indications of mak
ing the host producer In the field.
