Chicago Inter Ocean says: Wheat bulls said last night that they expect ed higher prices based on the cash demand, strong northwestern situa tion and prospects of a steady reduc tion in stocks from now on. They be lieve that the strong merchandising situation warrants the maintenance of present prices and with the crop damage season near at hand, they think there will be enough outside help to carry prices higher after every little setback.
