COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS At 10 o'clock a. m. February 2nd, 1920, board of county commissioners 1920, county commissioners of Valley of Valley county, Montana, resumed, county, Montana, met in regular ses- All members of the board and clerk s ion. Chairman Peter A. West, Com missioners C. J. Anderson and C. H. Pippin and clerk present. Resignation of Constable R. A. Dailey of Nashua township presented to the board, and on motion, resigna tion of R. A. Dailey as constable of Nashua township is hereby accepted. On motion, appointment and oath of office of C. C. Beede as deputy sher iff, without regular pay, is hereby approved and ordered filed by the clerk. At 12 o'clock noon, board of county commissioners took a recess until 2 o'clock p. m. of even date. County treasurer's quarterly report presented to the board and on motion, report is hereby approved and ordered filed by the clerk. The county agent and county audi tor are instructed that compulsory poisoning will again be done in Val ley county through the year 1920, and are instructed to make the proper ar rangements. The chairman and the clerk are hereby authorized to draw warrants for the payment of gopher poison to Elmer Hall upon the approval of the county agent and the county auditor.
