YOU can enter the campaign NOW,
while the largest extra point offer is
on, and get an excellent start in the
campaign.
"VCL1, as well asanyone else, can
win one of these fine prizes.
Simply because the values are so
great.„don't imagine ft'a a difficult
thing to win a prize. It isn't. A few
weeks' agreeable effort, the exertion
of one's power to organize and to per
suade—no more than this is required.
Here are a few words of apprecia
.tion from a person who won a fine
i,prize in previous Herald Profit-Shar
ping campaigns.
Read what this person has to stay:
Mrs. John Dows, Grand Forks, N.
D., winner of a car in a previous
Profit-Sharing Campaign.—"The re
ward for the work in the campaign
was much more generous than I had
expected. It is an opportunity of a
life time for any one who enters with
the intention of winning. did the
work during my spare time and en
joyed it. *he conduct of the cam
paign was at all times beyond criti
cism."
HERE ARfE A PEW MORE:
Miss Pearl Dinnie, Grand Forks.
(Now married)—"I was more than
pleased with the result of the few
weeks I gave to the Campaign work.
I secured a magnificent car and shall
always feel grateful to the Herald for
the opportunity offered. Tour lists of
awards tljis year is much larger than
in the previous campaigns.
Miss Irma Mallory, Grand Forks—
"I entered the 1910 Campaigh but
failed, to win one of the automobiles,
but in 1912 I tried again and at the
end of a few weeks, drove away with
my OWN car which only goes to show
that persistence spells success sure. I
figure that I could' not have purchas
ed such a car with the savings of as
msJny yeais. 1 am, therefore, a boost
er for iTra!d Profit-Sharing Cam
paign-: l.ccause it provides the shortest
cut to fortune that 1 ever heard of."
Hrs. T. J. Hanrahan of East Grand
Forks won a handsome car in a previ
ous Herald Campaign.
Mrs. K. G. Hanson of Mekinock
won line car in a previous Profit
Sharing Campaign.
Miss Josephine Tennison of Peters
burg won a fine car in a previous
Campaign.
Mi:-s Madge Arnold of Berwick won
a iiarulsoitK- car in a previous Herald
l'roiit-Shi'.ring Campaign.
In-previous Campaigns, only women
were allowed to compete

There's a long and well-pleased list of those who have wop great values

this year
men- and women will be eligible to
enter the race.
It is not'ffT53Sfe of horseshoe luck,
hut of a serious desire to win making
your spare time pay you big. Other
people ha \e won, and what they have
done, YOl" can do. The opportunity
is presented to you now. It is up to
you to decide whether you will have
a car at our expense or not.
l)o Not Hold Subscriptions.
Candidates do not need to hold the
money until they have collected $25
in subscriptions before sending it in.
The extra point offer says, that no
matter in what denomination the
money comes in, the extra points will
be givfen.
To illustrate how it works: Sup
pose a candidate by November 17 has
turned in subscriptions to the amount
of $25, he or she will be entitled to
an extra point 'ballot of 100,000
points if a candidate turns in $30
worth of subscriptions by November
17. he or she will be entitled tn a.n
extra point ballot of 120,000 extra
points. It simply means, the greater
the amount of money turned in be
tween now and November 17 the
larger the extra point ballot will be.
The clever campaigner will get ex
tra busy during th£ next two weeks
In order to make the biggest possible
showing of the business by the time
the extra offer closes.
Future Subscriptions.
In some cases candidates will find
friends who would be glad to help
them, hut ace now paid in advance
