Cobb one of the youngsters of the racing: game, made track history In the southwest last year with a Rajo Special, declared to be the smallest race car ever built and one of the speediest. While it was scarcely more than a foot wide at any point, it de veloped more horsepower than many heavier machines and because of its lightweight was able to take turns with the throttle wide open. With this machine Cobb won many of the light car events at the Texas State Fiir and other race meets in Texas and Oklahoma. During the Fourth of July races at Fergus Falls, Cobb placed in prac tically every event in which he start ed with the Wisconsin and he $hould do well against the heavier cars in Grand Forks.
