Said County Board of Horticultural Commissioners shall have power to divide llse euuuty into districts, and to appoint a lo oal Inspector for each, ot said dis tricts. It shall be tbe duty of said County Board of Commission ers to keep a record of their official doings, and to make a report to the Board of State Vitlcultural Com missioners on or before the first day of November of each year, wbo sball Incorporate tbe sams iv their annual reports. Sec. 6. It shall be the duty of tbe Commissioners at large, appointed by tbe Board of State Vitloultural Commissioners for suoh purpose, to recommend, consult and aot with the County Board of Commission ers in tbeir respective counties as to tbe most effaoaoious treatmeui to be adopted for tbe extermination of tbe aforesaid insects, or larvss, or eggs tbereof, and to attend to suoh other duties as may be necessary te accomplish or carry out the full in tent and meaning of this Aot. Sec. 6. Each County Commis sioner and looal Inspeotor may be paid Aye dollars for eaoh dsy actu ally eugaged In tbe performance of bla duties under tbis Act, payable out or the oounty treasury of his county; provided, that no more shall be paid for suoh services than shall be determined by resolution of tbe Board of Supervisors of tbe oounty for services actually and necessarily rendered. Sso. 7. Eaoh of aald Commis sioners may select one or more per sons, without pay, to assist him ln the discharge of hit duties, as he may deem neoesssry. SEO. 8. If any County Board of Commissioners, after having re ceived oomplaint in wrlting,as pro vided far lv section two of tbis Aot, sball fail to perform tbe duties of tbeir offlee, as required by tbis Aot, they may be removed from offloe by Ihs Board of Supervisors, aud the vsoanoy thus formed shall be filled in tbe same manner as pro vided for in this Aot.
