That the right, title and interest of the city of Los Angeles, county of Los An geles, State of California, In and to the follow ing lot or parcel of land, viz: Beginning at a point In the west Hue of Walnut Btreet, three hundred and seventy (370) feet, measured on said line in a northwesterly direction from the center of the track of the California Central Railroad's main line; running theuce south 64 degrees, 15 minutes west three hundred and eighty-five 28-100 feet to a point; thence south 38 degrees west four hundred and five 7-10 feet to a point; thence north 64 degrees, 15 minutes, east seven hundred and fifty-one 3 10 feet to a point in the west line of Walnut street; thence along the west line of said Wal nut street, north 27 degrees, 34 minutes, west one hundred and seventy-five feet to the place of beginning, and containing two 283-1000 acres of land in the city of Lob Angeles, county of Los Angeles, State of California, except the right to exteud ami open Hayes and Water streets across said above described property, be Bold upon the conditions and in the manner iv this ordinance contained and expressed.
