IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE COUNTY
of Los Angeles, State of California
The Redondo Beach Company, Plaintiff, vs.
Geo B. Noble, deiendant.
Action brought in the Superior Court of the
County of Los Angeles. State of California, aud
the Complaint riled in said County of Lob An
geles, in the office of the Clerk of said Superio;
Court.
The people, of the State of California send
greeting to Geo. B. Noble, defendaut.
You are hereby required to appear In nn ac
tion brougut agaiust you by the above-named
plaintiff, iv tho Superior Court of the County
of Los Angeles, State of California, aud to au
swer the Complaiut filed therein, within ten
days (exclusive oi the day of service), after the
se vice on you of this Summons, if served
withiu this county; or, if served elsewhere,
within thirty days.
Tho said action is brought to obtain the judg
ment and decree of this court that it fix v. day
Within which defendant be required to pay to
this plaintiff the said sum of six hundred and
11 fty-flvo dollars in U. S. Cold Coin, deferred
payments as aforo aid with interest thjreon
from the 18th day of April, 1888, at the rate of

the land described ln plaintiff's complaint, and
said contract aud every part thereof, and of all
right to a conveyance thereof, and that from
aud after the day to fixed by said Court for the
payment of said money, if the same be not so
paid, plaintiff be fully restored to its former
rights aud estate in the laud described in the
complaint, aud the rights and estate therein
which It held before and at the time of the
making of said contract, and that upon the

FULLFRTON LAND AND TRUST COMPANY,
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of
the Board of Directors, held on the 6th day of
January. 1890, an assessment of sixty cents
(60c ) per share, was levied on the subscribed
capital stock of the corporation, payable at
once to the Secretary, at his office, room 87,
Phillip's Block No 1, northwest corner Spriug
and Franklin streets, Los Angeles, California
All stock upon which this assessment shall
remain unpaid on the 20th day of February,
1890, will be delinquent and advertised for
sale at public auction, and unless payment, ia
made before will be sold on Monday, the 10;h
day of March, 1890, to pay tho delinquent as
sessment, together with costs of aavertisiug
and expenses of sale.
