of Twelfth street. Said culvert shall
have an internal diameter of eighteen (15)
Inches, a total length of 116 feet and
shall be provided with two concrete end

Angeles, and "Specifications for the Con-

upon estimate of the City En-
gineer that the total cost of said Im-
provement will be greater than fifty
cents per front foot along each line of
said street, including the cost of inter-
sections, and it is determined, ln
pursuanco of an Act of the Legisla-
ture of the State of California, ap-
proved February 27th, 1893. as amend-
ed by an Act of the Legislature amend-
ing 1 said last named Act. which amend-
ing Act became a law March 2d, 1899.
