Jacobs was arrested last evening for carrying concealed weapons. It Is allowed he attempted to cause the arrest of his daughter because she went to a skating rink on Hill street in company with a young man lnst evening. When Jacobs went to the rink and saw his daughter in company with a man he demanded of the officer that both be arrested. Jacobs, however, would not at that time give his name or address or stato why he wished the couple arrested. When the officer re fused to mnko the arrest Jacobs went to the central station, where he be came boisterous and was locked up. When he was searched a revolver was found on his person.
