TOLEDO Ohio, Nov. 26.— Mr. and
Mrs. James Scott Mitchell of Salem,'
Mass., were found dead In bed In v
rooming house ut liellevue, east of
here.
When their room was entered a strong
odor of formaldehyde gas was noticed.
The coroner rendered a verdict of
double suicide. Later investigation,'
however, revealed facts which, it In
said, tend to show that Mitchell drugged
his wife and caused her death and
then committed suicide by the same
means.
