E. Miller company report sales in their Kings River Thermal tract near Fresno amounting to $■<,- DOO for the past month. This tract of 4260 acres of early orange, table grape and alfalfa land -was placed on the market about six weeks ago, the sub division being handled from the Los Angeles office with the above result In actual sales, which is another demonstration of the activity among local buyers. Among the purchasers were L. Stoen for 250 acres at $30,000, on which he Is erecting three modern houses and Is establishing a complete electrical pumping plant and buyer win put the entire acreage out to oranges and alfalfa. B.
