Under and by virtue of an order of sale
and decree of foreclosure and sale, issued
out of the, Superior Court of the County of
Los Angeles, of the State of California, on
the 29th day of March. A. D. 1910. In the
above entitled action, wherein Home Sav
ings Bank of Los Angeles, a corporation,
the above named plaintiff, obtained a
Judgment and decree of foreclosure and
sale against Frank Pedder, Walter Rose, et
al., defendants, on the 23d day of March,
A. D. 1910. for the sum of two thousand
five hundred fifty-nine and 73-100 ($2559.73)
dollars, gold coin of United States which
said decree was, on the 25th day of March,
A. D. 1910, recorded In Judgment Book 'SOI

to sell all that certain let, piece or parcel
of land situate, lying and being in the
