MODE OF DRAWING.
The numbers will be put into one wheel as u
sual—and in the other wheel will he put the pri
zes above $5, and the drawing to progress in the
usual manner. Tlie 9000 prizes of $4 to be a ,
Warded to the tickets, the numbers of which end *
with the terminating figure of either of the three I
first drawn numbers of different terminations. I
The five dollar prizes to be awarded to the tick- j
ets having the two lust figures corresponding
with the two last figures ot such number of the
/text drawn of different termination. This mode
will permit the whole lottery to be completed in
one drawing,and ?. ticket drawing a superior prize
restricted from drawing an inferior one
