Potter, Secretary of the Board of Health, will resign his position also, and that Dr. Luiz will be re instated at Kalihi Receiving Station. Quarantine Regulations. The Board of Health at a meeting on the 18th inst. passed the following resolutions: Resolved, that it is the opinion of the Board of Health that all im migrants for this Kingdom ehould be landed in Honolulu before being distributed over the group, as all the machinery for quarantining and dis infection is here, and any other arrangement would entail great ex pense and at best prove unsatisfac tory and unsafe." . Miss Ethel Wodehouse was maid of honor and the Misses Lila Wodehonse and Mo! lie Atkinson. bridesmaids. The ceremony was performed with mucn nnpressiveness by the Rav. Alex. The bride was given away by her father. She looked lovely in her bridal dress of white silk cov ered with cbiflon, caught up with mystic blossoms. The maid of honor wore white bengaliue and carried a bou quet of yellow roses, while the brides maids bad each a handsome horse shoe of violets. At the conclusion of theceremonv the bridal party repaired to the fam ily residence on Emma street, where, a reception was held from 8 to 10 o'clock, and the newly married couple were congratulated by their numer ous friends.
