Purser Piltz re ports as follows: "The. W. G. Hall was at Waimea when we left. She will get 5000 bags K. S. M. sugar. The Mikahala "was at Ilanamaulu. The weather was very rough there making loading difficult. It was impossible to work at Ahukini. The Noeau had to anchor near Kalihi wai for shelter. Too rough to work. Kilauea, strong NE winds prevail on Kauai. Clean out K. S. M. Sugar left as follows: G. & R.. S50 bags; E. L. P. 9000; K. P. COO; L. P. 2400; M. S. Co. 10,000. Kindergarten 3Ianifers. A meeting of the Kindergarten As sociation was held yesterday forenoon. Resolutions of regret for the death of the late Mrs. II. W. Schmidt were pre sented by Mrs. W. F. Allen and adopt ed. Mrs. U. Thompson, who teaches hygiene for the kindergartens, is on duty again after a protracted illness. Mrs. F. J. Lowrey has been appointed chairman of the Ewa committed, vice Mrs. J. B. Atherton, resigned. Mrs. E. A. Jones assists in Palama work in place of Miss Young, who is in Oakland. Mrs. T. D. Garvin is another new mem ber of the Palama committee. It was reported by Mrs. Fuller that attend ance upon the Hawaiian kindergarten was increasing. The High.
