called to the capital of the big Island
to furnish music for a swell dance.
The function is called the "assembly"
and is the social event of a month in
in Hilo. The committeemen include
Otto Rose, Ed. Hapai, F. C. Le Blond,
Gus Supe, Sam Peck, H. C. Bickerton,
W. S. Wise, W. H. Beers, II. S. Fiterre,
N. C. Wilfong and D. McKenzie.

fore the cry of police was raised. The
fighters and the crowd scattered in a
hurry when there was danger of offi
cial interference.

a manner as at the Criterion Barber
Shop. Individual cups for rent for a'
nomial sum, if desired.
