MEETING NOTICE.
first witnessing the illusions. In the
mere slight of hand work Dante was
charming and in the features he rose
to stage greatness. The Begger's
Dream is a superb combination of act
ing and illusion. The Asiatic Mys
tery is yet unsolved and more puzzl
ing than ever, while very few people
attempt any explanation of the aerial
wheeling by Mile. Edmunda. For the
sp-iTitiualistic seance there was on the
stage a committee that watched close
ly, but nothing could oe learne-d of
what transpired in the cabinet. When
the flags were shown last night in the
trip arouid the world in nve minutes
the Spanish colors had more cheers
than hisses. The American. British
and Cuban flags had cheers- and the
beautiful tableaux with flags of Hawaii
and ther United States was heartily ap
plauded.
A matinee will be given tomorrow
afternoon by Dante and his troupe
and tomorrow evening there will be a
show with change of program. Dante i
will introduce several illusion:-.- en
tirely his own.
