Tomes for Husted and Company, of San Fran cisco and printed by the Hawaiian Gazette Company, is now issued. Dec. 21. W. Mat son, the well known managing owner of tlie barks Roderick Dim and Santi ago, has just completed the purchase of the fine four-masted ship Falls of Clyde, he master and crew left the vessel yesterday and her new owners will proceed at once to get her ready for the Hawaiian trade.
