The Rio de Janeiro, from Yokohama.. i. expected this afternoon. The British-American liner Garonne is due from Seattle tonight. Owing to an accident to her boilers the James Makee did not sail for Ka paa yesterday. The cargo of the bark Willscott, which sailed for San Francisco yester day, consisted of 64,483 bags of sugar, valued at $306,193. Ihe united States army transport City of Puebla is at Pacific Mail wharf taking on 1400 tons of coal and sails for Manila on Thursday next. The bark Edward May is discharging coal at Pacific Mail wharf and will load sugar for San Francisco with quick despatch. The -Edward May had a long and tedious trip from Newcastle with light and baffling winds all the way. The freighter Carmathenshire, due next week from Yokohama, for San Diego, belongs to the California-Oriental line. She is a British steamship of 1S7S tons, and sailed from Batoum February 4th and arrived at Indian ports March 1st. Vessels sailing today are the steamer Ke Au Hou, for Lahaina and Kaana pali, at 4 p. m.; steamer Iwalani, for Honokaa and Kukuihaele, at noon; steamer W. G. Hall, for Kauai, at 5 p. m.; steamer Waialeale, for Kilauea and Hanalei, at 3 p. m.; steamer Kilohana, for Hanamaulu, at 4 p. m.; steamer Lehua, for Molokai, at 5 p. m.; Kinau, for Hilo, at noon; steamer Claudine, for Maui, at 5 p. m.; steamer Rio de Janeiro, for San Francisco (to arrive); schooner Waialua, for Hanalei, and schooner La Ninfa, for Hawaii.
