sioner Shorey. Louis Ak, a Hawaiian
Chines driver for th Enterprise Dairy
was arrested yesterday for alleged dis
tribution of adulterated milk. The com
plaint sets forth that "Louis Ak. did
on th 13tli day of November, offer for
sal a certain adulterated artlrl of
food, to wit: certain milk to which a
certain cheaper substance, to wit: wa
ter had been mixed contrary to law."
