to Prohibit the Unlawful wearing if
tho Badge of the Grand Army of the

Section 1 Any person who shall
unlawfully wear the badgo by the
National Encampment of the Grand
Army of the Republic as a mark of
membership or who shall wear the
same to obtain aid or assistance
thereby unless he shall be entitled
to wear the same under tho rules
and regulations of the said order
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and
on conviction shall be punished by
Imprisonment In jail for a term not
to exceed twenty days or by a fine
not to exceed twenty dollars or by
both
Section 2 All fines collected upon
any complaint made under this Act
may be paid one half to the persou
giving Information of the effensd
and tho remainlnder shall be paid
Into the common school fund and
the person receiving the one half of
such fine as Informer shall be
deemed to be a competent witness
upon the trial of such offender
Section 3 This Act shall take
effect from and after Its publication
