James? Netherton today began serving
thirty days in jail following a hearing
in the criminal court late yesterday on
a charge of operating a blind tiger. He
was also fined SIOO. Philip Lytle, a ne
gro, who was arrested with Netherton,
was sentenced to thirty days In jail and
fined SIOO on a charge of operating a
blind tiger and S6O for operating an
automobile while intoxicated.
