NEW YORK, April 22 Members of the American Newspaper Publishers' as sociation today unanimously adopted a resolution pledging themselves not to use more print paper in 1020 than in 1919. The convention denounced attempts of labor to dictate prices and competition, declaring labor should be restrained by legislation similar to that which now re stricts business. Other resolutions adopted include: Indorsing the Poindexter pulp wood and reforestration bill now before con gress.
