MINISTER MORRIS SENT TO BERLIN Envoy to Sweden May Be New Ambassador to Germany. (■ BERLIN, May 6. —Ira Nelson Morris. American minister to Sweden, has been ordered to Berlin from Stockholm. It is understood he will take over Amer ican affairs here, relieving Theodore Dreael, who has been acting as American commissioner for some months. Mr. Dresel is (winding up his work. In diplomatic circles, it is reported that England, France and Italy will send their ambassadors to Berlin in June.
