Prices Quoted Elsewhere Will Prove a Pleasing Revelation! —lt,is customary for merchants to purchase the greater portion of their Fall stocks in the early Spring. Prices last Spring for the Fall and Winter season of 1920-21 were at the highest point known in years. But we did not buy. In anticipation of the Market’s decline, merchandise was purchased only to keep stocks well rounded— but nothing for future delivery. Instead we kept a close watch upon all pro ducing centers, alert at all times to the slightest fluctuations and when the opportune time did arrive we were prepared with plenty of ready cash. The concessions we obtained were enormous. Cash was what the manufacturers wanted and cash is what they got, provided their products measured up to the Daniels’high standard of quality, style and workmanship—the con sequence is, we are in an enviable position, splendidly prepared to offer crisp, new merchandise at prices that have no competition. gh the Season Has Barely Begun, We Are Offering Hundreds of the Finest -v Men’s and Young Men’s PWMdB *24. *34.J44. ..
