12 Fifteen Years to Pay % One advantage of onr Metropolitan Life Insurance Company Building Plan, offered to builders of new dwellings and new, medium-priced apartment houses, is that the loan runs for fifteen years. There is therefore no concern about renewals as in the case of short-time loans.. Moreover, by the required payment of 3% of the principal at each semi-annual interest date, there is but a small principal payment to make at the end of the fifteen years. These principal payments also reg ularly reduce the interest due through the period. May we tell you more about this attractive loan! Please address inquiries to our Loan Department, Wil liam B.
