county, Indiana, where an open ditch
leaves said main ditch, thence constructing
said arm in a southerly direction, follow
ing as near as practicable, the course of
said open ditch to a point about thirty
(30) rods south of the right-of-way of the
Union Traction Company of Indiana, where
said arm is tiled.
Paid petitioners allege in said petition
that said ditch will affect certain lands
owned by each of you, and described in
said petition.
