NEW LAWS OF URAND LODGE
WERE READ LAST SIGHT
There was a meeting of the Elks
last night and the new laws passed
by the grand lodge were road to the
lodgeThere
There was no work last night but
the benefit performance at the Ken
tacky tomorrow night was discussed
and a large crowd will probably turn
out
The lodge contemplates an excur
sion on the big steamer Island Queen
when the boat arrives but she had
thus far been unable to get here on
account of low water
