FIRST STATE BANK OF WOLF POINT a corporation, Plaintiff. vs. MARIUS PETERSON, a single man, EDITH M. PETERSON, and McCONE COUNTY, STATE OF MONTANA, a body politic and corporate, Defendants. THE STATE OF MONTANA SENDS GREETINGS TO THE ABOVE NAM ED DEFENDANTS, AND TO EACH OF THEM: You are hereby summoned to an swer the complaint in this action which Is filed In the office of the Clerk of this Court, a copy of which is herewith served upon one of you in each county wherein any of you re side, and to file your answer and serve a copy thereof upon the plain tiff's attorney within twenty days af ter service of this summons, exclusive of the day of service; and in case of your failure to appear or answer, judg ment will be taken against you, by default, for the relief demanded in the complaint. This action is brought for the pur pose of obtaining a judgment against the defendant Marius Peterson for the sum of $1439.62, with interest on said sum at the rate of 10 per cent per an num from April 10th. 1922, costs of abstract and costs of suit, on one promissory note, and for the purpose of foreclosing a real estate moi .gage made by said defendant, Marius Pet erson, to the Farmers and Merchants Bank, Exeter, Nebraska, a corpora tion, and assigned to plaintiff herein, to secure said note, interest and costs all of which more fully appears from the complaint on file herein to which reference is hereby made. And that the claims, rights, titles, interests and liens of all of the defendants be de clared subject to plaintiff's mortgage and decree herein; that the mort gaged premises be sold at Sheriff's sale; and that the purchaser at such sale have possession during the year of redemption with all rents and profits. The lands described in said mortgage are as follows: S%SE^4, SE^SWfc, of Section 22, and NE'/iNWIi of Section 27, all in Township 27 N., Range 47 E. M. M.
