A. W. Eynon and Robert Secora left Thursday for a trip to Miles City. Carsten Voila and Oscar Pardls started for Weldon Thursday with two big loads of bridge planks for a bridge that is being built by( the county between Weldon and Prairie Elk. There has been, and is, considerable sickness throughout this community, and Dr. Rundle is consequently a very busy man. Ed. Bjorge left Sunday for Fargo, North Dakota where he was called by the serious illness of one of his sis ters. Al. Martinsen. the McCone county assessor, left Thursday for Helena to attend a meetng of the newly created tax commission which meets with all assessors of the state today and to morrow. Mrs. L. M. 'Sorley of Paxton re Sidney, and brought with her the in fant child of Mrs. John Sorley. latter lady, who has been very ill at the Sidney hospital for several weeks past, was not improving as well as could be desired, and was taken to the Mayo hospital at Rochester, Minn esota in charge of Miss Bane, one of the Sidney nurses.—Richey Pilot.
