the owner thereof. By said action
plaintiff seeks to recover judgment
against said defendants John W.
Lowers and Belle Lowers, his wife,
for the sum of Five Hundred ($500)
Dollars with interest from November
1st, 1920, at 12 per cent per annum;
the sum of One Hundred ($ 100 . 00 )
Dollars, Attorney fees and the costs
of this action, and to have said real
estate sold to satisfy said judgment
and costs; that said plaintiff further
seeks to resuire the other defendants
named, to set forth the nature and
amount of their several claims against
said real estate, and to have their
interests and nghts adjudicated and
determined by this action, and to have
such interests decreed to be inferior
and subsequent to plaintiff's mortgage,
all' of which more fully appears from
plaintiff's complaint filed in the office
of the Clerk of thi s Court at Circle,
Montana.
