The l«*tter to the mayor reads us follows: "Dear Sir: The commanding officer of this regiment, the 362rl infantry. Is endeavoring in every way to encourage athletic sports within the regiment but is handicapped by lack of athletic equipment and funds and is, ther«' fore, forced to appt'al to the various communities from which the men of the regiment come. M The regiment Is comprised of mm from Utah.
