Dan Dague and "ye editor" took in the sights at Baker Tues day. Boby Yates has been helping R. T. Ramsey in the livery barn for the past week. Dr. R. S. Hedges left yesterday morning for Buffalo S. The many friends of Blanch Beazlev's are glad to see her out again after being confined to her room for about a week with an attack of la grippe. Prof. Remi Deranleau of Rapid City, S. D. is in town this week tuning pianos. Prof. Deranleau has been getting a good deal of work here and there is no doubt but that he is giving the best of i satisfaction. Tuesday afternoon while play ing on the school grounds Arlie, the oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Berger fell and broke her collar bone. At last reports she was getting along as weil as could be expected. We have just received our shipment of garden, field, corn, bromus and alfalfa seeds. A little excitement occurred in town Tuesday morning when Oscar Ferguson undertook to give a little exhibition in bronco twist ing. He made the grand start all O. K. but the third jump the animal made, Oscar left the sad dle and landed in a heap on the ground. No serious damage was dore except the disgrace he confered on the Texas cow-punch ers by letting a Montana horse throw him. W. I. Maxwell left last Friday morning for a two weeks trip through Minneasota.
