Taxes assessed against Amt M. Arneson, year 1927, NWV4, 3-34-57, Book 1, page 55, line 12. Taxes assessed against Scottish American Mortgage company, year of 1927, on SEV4NEU, E V 2 SE M , 24-37 51. Taxes to be cancelled are on im provements only. On motion, Peter Feldt of Westby, was granted a cattle pass in exchange for right of way. , At 5:00 o'clock P. OLD AGE PENSION GRANTED On motion, the application for old age pension from Helen Strud, was granted in the amount of $15.00 per month. LOTS AT REDSTONE SOLD Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, of block 12, of the original townsite of Redstone was sold to W. M. Stratton, for $5.00 each 50.00 20.00 4.15 lot. On motion, the County Commission ers, County Attorney, County Treas urer and Clerk were authorized to at a meeting of the Commissioners of Roosevelt County on February 16. This meeting would be held for the purpose of settling tax matters be tween the counties. On motion, the minutes of the vious meetings were read and proved as read. At 12:00 o'clock noon the Board adjourned until 2:00 o'clock P. M. At 2:00 o'clock P, M., the Board re sumed pre ap all members of the Board and. the Clerk present. OATS FOR POISON The County Agent was instructed to advertise for samples of clean oats and bids for same, oats to be used for gopher poison, bids to be opened at March meeting of the Board. On motion the quarterly report of County Treasurer was approved. CALL FOR CULVERT BIDS On motion, the Clerk was instruct ed to make a call for bids for culverts, bids to be opened March 8th, 1928, at 2:00 o'clock P. M. On motion, the County Surveyor was instrucuted to send to all lumber dealers of the county, a call for bids on lumber for bridges. Such bids to be opened at next regular meeting. On motion, the Board decided to hold a special meeting on March 8th. Clerk was instructed to have the per notices posted. ,^ n m °Hon, at 5:00 o'clock P.
