HENRY BRENDEN f)F P* AQT uniLfr Ur L Ab 1 Oh HOME STEAD PASSES AWAY Larsina Pederson was bom Decern 22, 1884 at Park River, N. D. where she grew to womanhood. tbe 2nd of January 1907 she was unit e< * *" marriaBe t0 Henr >' Brenden al On so of Park River and they resided there until the fall of 1908 when they moved onto their homestead which has since been their home. Everything that medical skill could do was done for her but she passed away at the Plenty-wood hospital July 11, 1928. Funeral services ere held at the house at one o'clock Saturday and at 2 o'ölock at the church and interment was made in the cemetery east of Homestead. Rev, Sands conducted the services and paid great tribute to Mrs. Bren den as a true Christian. She leaves to mourn her loss be sides her husband, Henry Brenden, five children, Vernon, Lola, Mervin, Gladys and Helen; one child died in infancy and Joseph at nine years. She also leaves her father, John Pederson of Park River and out of a family of ten children only two sisters are now er, and Mrs. Pete Stovner of Tacoma, Wash. . j She was a true Christian and be- : lieved in peace in the home, in the 1 school, in the congregation, in the ladies aid and in the community. And whenever there was a chance to do an act of kindness for anyone she was always there and will be greatly miss ed.
