You are hereby summoned to swer the complaint in this which is filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court, a copy of which is herewith served upon you in each County wherein any of you reside, and to file your answer and serve a an action copy thereof upon the plaintiff's at torney within twenty days after vice of this summons, exclusive of the day of service; and in case of your failure to appear judgment will be taken against you by default, for the relief demanded in the complaint. This is an action brought to fore close a real estate motrgage execut ed and delivered to one Paul Babcock by the defendant Carl Trumble on April 28th, 1921 to secure the pay ment of $1200.00, represented by a promissory note dated on said date, which is past due and no part of which has been paid and by which said mortgage said defendant Carl Trumble transferred and delivered to said Paul Babcock and his assigns, the Northwest Quarter (NWÎ4) of Section Twenty-five (25) and Southwest Quarter (SW%) of Sec tion Twenty-four (24), in Town ship Thirty-four (34), Range Fifty six (66), in Sheridan County, Mon tana, and which mortgage was filed in the office of the Clerk and Record er of Sheridan County, Montana, on April 28th, 1921 and recorded in Book 224 of Mortgages on pages 37 and 38, and whicK «ota »nd m ori^c wap thereafter duly sold and assigned tO'j ser or answer plaintiff, who is the owner and hold er thereof. BOND APPROVED On motion the board approved the bond given by Chas. S. Ross in the amount of $10,000 to indemnify Sher idan county against loss by paying to C. S. Ross interest due on bonds owned by Ross and stolen from the county treasurer.
