Why the New Addition of
Buena Vista
Destined to become the Leading Addi
tion over Jordan and the best
investment for purchasers
of any property ever put
on the market
BECAUSE
It lies on the Utah Nevada Railroad
the road going directly through the ad
dition and hence transportation is as
curedBECAUSE
BECAUSE
A Depot will soon be built and the road
will run trains at a cheap rate of fare
using commutation ticketa
BECAUSE
Flowing Wells of Pure Water can be
obtained on every lot and the present
owners donate 50 towards sinking a
well on every block
BECAUSE
The soil is of the best character having
been under cultivation for years
NO ALKALI
BECAUSE
This is THE ONLY ADDITION over
Jordan through which the Utah
Nevada Railroad passes
BECAUSE
The owners of Buena Vista intend to
spare neither pains nor money io
make investments here profitable to
all purchasers
BECAUSE
The price asked for Choice Lots is only
50 each and is remarkably cheap
The terms of 8500 per Month WITH
OUT INTEREST bring these Lots
within the reach of all
lv V orKlngmen 0
Remember you have no visionary
Streetcar Lines to wait for which wil
not be built for years to come
REMEMBER that but a limited num
ber will be sold at these prices after
which the lots will be advanced
