MARKET LETTER Raton, WIlUuu « CaiWH, Sticces mn to W. & WtHtoto* tm. The most Wonblr conditions prevail. 'Mining and town property changing Manila at a rale unheard of sim-e the boom days on the Com stork. Lease 8 on the Jumho shows values of ^1500 per ton at ISO feet. This is the deepest shaft on this property and indi cates that the surface values continue with depth. Daily shipments from all of the leases bn the Jumbo average close to $10,000. As 25 per cent belongs to the stock holders, it is not difficult to see divi dends coming up this year. Th'e com pany is not out a penny, and contrary to precedent, the Jumbo leasers are com pelled to do as good mining as if they owned the property, so that at the ex piration of all leases the mine owners can continue the leaser's workings. The Jumbo is now easily the king of all gold mines in point of daily production. Naturally the shares liaVe Wen pur chased locally, Indore the outside world Could W given the information to enable 'them to purchase intelligently. The 'outsiders are at a tremendous disad vantage. This is hotter understood by file unsuccessful ladders for Coming Nation. Hazel Kirk, Jumbo Extension, Cte. The stock Wing all purchased locally at the low prevailing prices lje fore outside orders arrived. Hence we were forced to advise outsiders that no Wore could lie had. ltvii 11 * nv i uiuu'i ivii mi « iiuir 1111111 Sis we know we would hot be believed. There is so little satisfaction in attempt ing to make the outsiders’ big money, "and our local business has been so en tirely satisfactory, that we ate tempted \o discontinue our rej>orts. The mines are so rich, that wo dare not tell how rich, or no one would buy the stock. •Naturally, the public do not understand j w hy tlie stock is offered and life is too j ‘short to tell them, so we have taken it all ourselves, with the assistance of the local people. \Ve will sell some of it, for that is our business, hut unless we ‘can get 75 cents, we will surely keep all ~iA it, and are in the market for more. j January looks better each succeeding ‘day. The Combination is eVecting a tirst Vlass mill, and developing as usual. On the Florence the saute satisfactory returns as usual. Here is a sample: •37 tons f•'><>,916.00 net, not i|uitn a dollar a pound. We hear rilmors erf the con trol passing into Mr. Walsh’s hands— he of the Camp Bird of Ouray. Look out for Red Top. This is a tip. Stock will be a dollar this year or our ‘engineers don’t understand their busi ness. They are all buying Red Top themselves. So are we. Silver Pick is in the heart of the big ones, owned and operated by the well known and highly respected Myers and Murphy syndicate, pioneers of the • •camp. This crowd do things. ‘T'nev put the money ir.lo ttte ground in a 'manner that wiLLg'ljyjfc-T+TC greatest pos sible results. They pool their shares, and i>ay no salaries except to the man that hits the drill. They have proven ground between the Red Top. January, ■Combination, Jumbo, Jumbo Extension find Mohawk. With depth, the Silver Pick will certainly be a great, big gold "mine. The stock lias real value and will rise. The Jumbo hxtensron is another ot the good ones at a low price. This property is less than 300 feet from one of the rich leases of the Jumbo mine. This property is covered with leasers who will find the same enormously rich ore of the Jumbo mine with depth, and who already have ore of good milling grader Any hour we are expecting the eajfie successes on the extensions that Xe have met with on the real Jumbo, with its record of 1250,000 production in two month*. Take the stock while it lasts at 15 cents. It is good for many dollars before the end of the coming year. It means that you have no chance on earth to lose, even if you had only the Jumbo mine at its side. The Coming Nation on the other side of the Jumbo has been offering unheard of inducements, thinking possibly that the Jumbo was a surface mine only, but try to get their stock of the company and see how you succeed. We offer stock that we took in exchange for the property when it was considered of no particular value and offer it so that the buyer can make a big profit without a uigp of risk. Hence we quote iMit thy ridiculously low price of 8_c<Hits. Com pare it with any £» tent chance ever offered outside tins camp and see which has the best chance. Going still around the Jumbo, we find the Hazel Kirk,a gamble like the others, with the same chance absolutely, and as diligently at work to find the extensions of both Jumbo and 8t. Ives. We dis appointed more than a hundred cus tomers last week because this company will not sell less than 1000 share lots. Bear this in mind and as we hear that the Atlanta claim has $700.00 ore this morning, it possible that the stock will be withdrawn before orders reach os. Our price today is 12 cents. It is a great buy and one that must and will make you money. Next in line is the Bee Fraction be longing to this firm. We shall have some stock in this also. 1 The Cache Gold Mining company is a new company we can highly recom tnend. It is in a section of the camp which has not been extensively devel oped, but the surface indications are as fceod as any and float has been found on tbO claim assaying $404(1 to the ton. When the ore shoot from which this came is found the present price of 10 bents will be multiplied by ten times. ' The Black Ant Mines Company have ihitiil work on their property and have 'Staefoed assays as high as $8 to $12— slipsdj end there is no question in our bat what in a short time that itey will find the rich pay shoots. We it is composed of some of the strongest mining men of Colorado, and we have secured the handling of s block of 50,000 shares, which we ai* placing on the market at the low pr*e*">f 10 cents per share. It can'nol lie easily nmfWstood that this tamp is less than a yearotdin j*>int of actire development. Xo ramp in the whole world in all history has shown results as has Goldfield. It is evhlently only starting to la' great. We are get ting in mills, and water for all pnti>oses is plentiful here a railroad, electric and ]>ower and all that goes with great and lasting discoveries. We have had very little help from the outside, so that! it is for this reason that we have had 0 carry the hardens ourselves. This ven fact has enabled us to expand our busi ness, so that our present status com parol to a vear ago, shows one of th greatest successes of the camp. Tie have made money for ourselves only hv making money for our clients. It is our motto—to pocket all the losses ourselves. We must make money for you in order to make a success for ourselves. We certainly are successful at present, and shall continue along the same lines for greater successes. We refer to all the hanks in the state of Nevada, all the good business men of the state. We have a number of the very best mining claims in any mining district the world over, at prices that will attract any per sons w ho are in a jsisition to float com panies. We also attend to surveying, mapping and looking up titles.
