Shepherd, from Fresno, Cal., is here and has formed a partnership with E R Abadie in the mining stocks and real estate business. Tbe new firm is a strong one, the members being capable business men and hustlers from the ground up. Arthur Reynolds of Denver, who is interested in the Blaek Ant mines com pany, was an arrival this week.
